HEAT TRANSFER PRINTING

Similar to dye sublimation, heat transfer printing involves transferring a printed design from paper or vinyl onto fabric using heat and pressure. The ink or vinyl design is pressed onto the fabric to form the finished print.

Best For: Polyester flags and designs that require vibrant colors and small quantities.

DYE SUBLIMATION PRINTING

In dye sublimation, the design is first printed onto a special transfer paper using dye-based inks. The transfer paper is then placed on the fabric, and heat is applied, causing the dye to turn into gas and bond directly with the fabric fibers.

Best For: Polyester flags, especially when a vibrant, full-color design is needed

DIGITAL PRINTING

SCREEN PRINTING

In screen printing, a stencil (or screen) is used to apply layers of ink onto the fabric. The screen blocks certain areas of the fabric from receiving ink, creating the desired design through the open areas of the screen.
